Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a relaxed yet indulgent evening in the Club gardens, perfect for couples, friends, or anyone who loves exceptional food and wine.
The night begins with a glass of French champagne on arrival, enjoyed alongside generous entrée platters featuring Coffin Bay oysters, SA king prawns, Moreton Bay bugs, scallop ceviche, Boston Bay mussels, marinated octopus with focaccia, and accompanying sauces.
Guests will then be seated to enjoy their choice of main from a specially curated menu, including grilled red snapper and Tasmanian salmon medallion with caper and parsley beurre blanc, roasted marinated spatchcock with mixed mushroom cream, or roasted Angas beef fillet with three-peppercorn jus.
Followed by dessert - chocolate marquise with black cherries, fresh berry tartlets glazed with vanilla cream, and a selection of premium cheeses served to the table. A selection of fresh, aromatic wines…
