Club Dining

Club Menu
The Club Menu is our more informal dining option, available Monday to Saturday. Members and their guests may order from the bar and enjoy their meal in the Members’ Bar or one of the adjacent rooms. The seasonal menu features a range of small and large dishes, including Club favourites such as King George Whiting and the roast of the day. The Sandwich Bar is also available during lunch hours. Dress code for this dining style is Club Casual. Bookings are recommended.
 

Formal Dining Room
In addition to the Club Menu, members are invited to experience our Formal Dining Room, open for lunch Tuesday to Friday. This dedicated space offers a refined setting with a monthly changing menu. Gentlemen are required to wear jacket and tie, with the ladies’ equivalent attire. Seating is limited to 24 diners, and bookings are essential.
 

Small Event Club Menu
Designed for smaller groups of approximately 10–20 people, the Small Event Club Menu offers a more formal two or three course dining option, showcasing some of the finest selections from the Club menu. This is available Tuesday to Friday for lunch (1200–1400) and dinner (1800–2000) in the Gallipoli Room. It is intended for intimate dining and smaller tables, not large functions.
 

Dining Hours

• Lunch: Monday to Friday, 1200–1400

• Dinner: Tuesday to Saturday, 1730–2000

• Tea and coffee available weekdays from 1000
