Taylor's Wine Dinner

For three generations the Taylor's family have crafted great Australian wines in the Clare Valley, South Australia. They understand that truly great wines are made in the vineyard and that the art of fine winemaking is to respect and capture the essence of the vineyard site and to highlight the unique varietal expression of each grape variety. 

Taylor's rest on the principle that the finest wines are those made with the greatest dedication and care. Above all the imperative is to 'respect the fruit. The evening includes canapes, entree, sorbet, main course, final course, paired wines, tea and coffee.
