D(Douglas) Darian Smith was a South Australian WW1 veteran who returned to become a pioneering aviator and aerial photographer. He formed a partnership with Atkins Photo Lab, and left an amazing legacy in the form of a large collection of photographs of South Australia from the air, that have been contemporaneously revisited by authors and aerial photographers Paul Dare and Dennis Parslow. See South Australia from similar perspectives separated in time. It will have you enthralled.
