Air Commodore Andrew Pearce has served in the RAAF for the past 28 years on operational deployments, aeromedical evacuations, exercises, educational and managerial roles.
Air Commodore Andrew Pearce has civilian disaster (AUSMAT), trauma (past President Australasian Trauma Society) and educator (MIMMS, EMST, Director) experience through deployments to Banda Aceh, Timor Leste, Samoa, Myanmar, Solomon Islands, Middle East and Antarctica.
