Food and Wine Lovers Dinner - Italian

The Food & Wine Lovers Dinner invites members to enjoy a night of culinary artistry and fine wine that celebrates various cuisines and regions from around the world. Ticket price includes canapes, three course dinner and beverages to match.

ENTRÉE

Charred quail – porcini risotto – parmesan wafer

MAIN COURSE

Spinach ricotta cannelloni - beef and pork cannelloni  

(spinach ricotta and pork and beef filling wrapped in a crepe and cooked in a rich napolitana sauce)

Served with braised beans – garlic zucchini

To the table – shaved fennel and parsley salad

DESSERT

Zuppa Inglese – layers of vanilla sponge, chocolate custard, vanilla custard and poached berries
