About the event
A Chorus Line examines one day in the lives of seventeen dancers, all vying for a spot in the “chorus line” of a Broadway musical. All tell their life stories-some tragic, some comic, and explain their love of dance. Tension mounts when Cassie, once a big star & the director’s lover, but now desperate for a part, auditions. But Zach (the Director) must choose only the best for his show. Based on real Broadway dancers’ stories, as told to fellow dancer and choreographer Michael Bennett, A Chorus Line is funny, heartbreaking, and refreshingly honest.
