'Reflections of Policing' With Guest Speaker Commissioner Grant Stevens APM LEM Commissioner Grant Stevens APM LEM has been one of the States most prominent and influential leaders, with over 40 years of experience managing and investigating some of the most serious criminal offending as well as national emergencies.  More recently he played a pivotal leadership role during the COVID‑19 pandemic, serving as State Coordinator and guiding public health and safety measures.
