Dr Desiree Beekharry is a keynote speaker, facilitator and international expert on fear, risk and human behaviour in high-pressure environments. With more than 30 years' experience across international airlines, government services, UN emergency mobilisation and large-scale disaster response, she has worked at the intersection of high stakes and human behaviour. Desiree is also a certified behavioural profiler. She delivers workshops and training on conflict, communication, cultural dynamics, crisis and disaster leadership, emotional intelligence under pressure, organisational change and communication in high-stakes environments.
