Hosted by our Chef extraordinaire, Peter Milosevic, with the assistance of in-house chef, Saki.
Menu includes - Japanese Miso Soup, selection of Sushi and Nigiri and matcha panna cotta for dessert.
As the class unfolds, guests can saver the results of their labour over an intimate dinner with matched wines.
