Cooking classes with Chef Peter are back in full swing! The next session will be all about discovering how to make traditional German Cuisines.
The menu for the evening will include all your favourite German dishes such as German sausage, Beef Rouladen and apple and cinnamon cake. Best of all, you can saver the results that you helped create over an intimate dinner with recipes to take home as well as bubbles and wine as the Chef goes through each course.

Canape: Bacon and Onion Tart
Entree: Bratwurst Knodel - German sausage stuffed in potato dumpling with parsley butter sauce
Main Course: Beef Rouladen with spaetzle - slow braised stuffed beef rolls with German style egg noodles
Dessert: Apple Kuchen - apple and cinnamon cake with cream and strawberries
