Club Cooking Experience - Croatian

Cooking classes with Chef Peter are back in full swing! The next session will be about discovering how to prepare authentic Croatian Cuisine. Chef Peter draws on his own heritage to showcase traditional and much-loved family favourites.

The menu for the evening will include dishes that are both delicious and creative. Best of all, you can saver the results that you helped create over an intimate dinner with wine as the Chef goes through each course. The evening begins with bubbles and a Croatian appetiser and concludes with take home samples and recipes to guide you in your own culinary adventure.
