Club Cooking Experience - BBQ Low & Slow

Cooking classes with Chef Peter are coming to an end for the year. The next session will be all about discovering the secrets of Low and Slow BBQ cooking. 

The menu for the evening will include BBQ meats and accompaniments. Learn the tips and tricks to slow cooking BBQ meats to create relaxed summer meals that will delight friends and family. Best of all, you can saver the results that you helped create over dinner with recipes and delicious samples to take home as well as bubbles on arrival.
