Cooking classes with Chef Peter are back in full swing! The next session will be all about the humble egg! Discover all the culinary secrets of perfecting the egg - how to cook the perfect omelette, poached and scrambled eggs.
The menu for the evening will include all your favourite brunch dishes such as bacon and egg tarts, cheddar souffle, Eggs Benedict, smashed avocado, and homemade fruit loaf French toast! Best of all, you can saver the results that you helped create over an intimate dinner with bubbles and wine as the Chef goes through each course.
