About the event
Join our General Manager Mr Sarath Fernando and the kitchen team for the final cooking class of the year. They will share their skills and knowledge, demonstrating the art of Summer Buffet Entertaining. The evening will begin with canapes and bubbles before moving to the preparation of classic salads, cured meats and salmon and light desserts, each paired with wine.
