About the event
Our General Manager Mr Sarath Fernando will be conducting the June Cooking Class. Sarath is a qualified chef with many years of international experience. He will share his skills and knowledge, demonstrating the art of North Indian cooking using fragrant spices to create authenticate dishes from scratch. The evening will begin with canapes and bubbles before moving to the preparation of an entrée, main course and dessert, each paired with wine. Recipes are provided to try your skills at home.
