Cooking classes with Chef Peter are back in full swing! The next session will be about discovering how to prepare authentic and delicious Native Australian Cuisine.

The menu for the evening will focus on Native Australian dishes, using meats, herbs and spices unique to Australia. Best of all, you can savour the results over a dinner with wine. The evening begins with bubbles and an Australian appetiser and concludes with take home samples and recipes to guide you in your own culinary adventure.
