Club Cooking Class - Middle Eastern Cuisine

Reza and his kitchen team will demonstrate the secrets of the professional chef in preparing and cooking a selection of uniquely Middle Eastern dishes.

The evening will start with a glass of bubbles and a delicious canape of spiced chicken vine leaves. You will be shown quick and easy methods to prepare the authentic flavours of the Middle East and to savour the results in a dinner with paired wine included. An entrée of spiced beef koftas and accompaniments will be followed by a main course of braised lamb, kabsa rice & Arabian chopped salad. A flavourful dessert of kataifi pastry will complete the cooking and dining experience. You will take home the recipes and skills to amaze guests at your next uniquely different dinner party.
