Reza and his kitchen team will demonstrate the secrets of the professional chef in preparing and cooking a selection of uniquely Latin dishes.

In September, Chef Reza will transport you to the Latin American countries of Mexico, Peru and Brazil. This practical experience will teach you to create authentic Latin American dishes from scratch. The journey will start with bubbles and a canape of Mexican beef empanadas followed by an entrée of Peruvian tiradito.  Learning to create a main course of Brazilian beef ribs, black bean stew and collard greens with accompaniments will not only enhance your cooking skills but delight the taste buds! A baked flan with citrus caramel sauce will finish the meal.
