Club Cooking Class - European Winter

Join the kitchen team for the August Cooking Class. They will share their skills and knowledge, demonstrating the art of cooking winter warmer soups, slow cooked braised lamb rump and warm puddings. The evening will begin with canapes and bubbles before moving to the preparation of an entrée, main course and dessert, each paired with wine. Recipes are provided to try your skills at home.
